General Qualifications
• Graduated from related departments of universities,
• 2-3 years of experience in Export or Logistics,
• Having knowledge of customs regulations and logistics procedures,
• Fluent in English (a secondary language is desirable),
• Preferably with knowledge of SAP,
• Proficient in using MS Office programs,
• Willing to learn, successful in follow-up and conclusion of work, able to work at an intense pace,
• Good communication and planning skills, analytical thinking and problem solving skills,
• No travel restrictions,
• Male applicants are required to have fulfilled their military service obligations,
• We are waiting for the applications of candidates who are/will be residing in the European side of Istanbul.

Job Description
• With the receipt of the order, programming the export, executing and following the operational transactions,
• Working in coordination with Finance, Production and Logistics units, making the planning and following the processes,
• Preparation of necessary documents and documents related to export processes,
• Providing necessary information to the relevant customers and units after export,
• Managing certain export-related expenses and handling system entries,
• Following up the accounting transactions and collections related to export, reporting to the relevant units,
• Compiling presentations and reports on matters related to exports,
• To ensure the fulfillment of the necessary obligations under the legislation.
